Thriving through Change

What does it mean to thrive? How do we thrive through change? 

In this interview I talk about what thriving means to me and many of the changes that have challenged that achievement. One word of advice is to determine what would be most beneficial to you, your welfare and goals on the other side of a change and then determine how to achieve that situation. There are other nuggets of advice throughout and three distinct recommendations as the interview wraps up.
