Now What Do I Do?

A guide to making better CHOICES to manage change.

Our personal worlds change at varying paces throughout our lives. Some changes are forced on us, some we choose to make. If we can capture and maintain as much control as possible over that change, we can thrive in the outcome.

I have lived a life of constant change and gained a lot of insights, techniques and useful thought-processes for facing change. As a teacher and trainer, I want to help others avoid, or at least more easily work through, some of the tough choices and changes.

Now What Do I Do? is a guide for making better decisions and choices. Storyteller that I am, however, this guide is not simply a how-to book. The pages also contain stories that exemplify times I’ve used each technique – or wished I had.

You can simply read through it and absorb the ideas or take advantage of the exercises for a more thorough absorption. Use the whole book or parts of it as a personal guide, with your employees or with someone you’re mentoring. Keep it on the shelf for the next time you ask yourself, “Now what do I do?”

There are other options and choices for taking advantage of what I’ve learned.

"In any moment of decision, the best thing you can do is the right thing. The worst thing you can do is nothing."
